Osterglocken - Reservations

Practical Information

Maximum 8 people (including children), and no pets.
Only week-long stays during high season: July, August and Christmas (usually Friday to Friday)
25% of the price is required to lock down your reservation, due at least 2 weeks before the first day of your stay.
A security deposit of €300 is to be paid with the final portion of the rent. This deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your stay, but any damage or extra costs will be subtracted (as well as the tourist tax).
We only accept payment via direct bank wiring (no credit cards).
Cancelations will receive a full refund when done at least 3 weeks before the start of your stay. After that the 25% deposit is considered void.
Check-in is after 4 pm, check-out no later than 10 am.
1 free trash bag Bütgenbach per week of stay.
